The Opinel Mushroom Knife is a great folding knife for mushroom collectors and handlers. A great gift for mushroom lovers! A fine, curved, stainless steel Sandvik blade with a serrated back makes it easy to work with mushrooms. At the end of the handle part, made of natural-colored, varnished beech wood, there is a brush made of boar bristles, which is used to easily brush away soil and debris from the mushrooms.
