Who we share your data with and how long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Online orders

Ordering with Hunter’s Friend is safe. Our PCI compliant SSL online ordering system works in real-time, meaning orders submitted online are authorized (charged) at the point the order is placed. This ensures that critical card data doesn’t linger on a server or point of sale system. Your card data is heavily encrypted and secured at all times. Secure payment gateways are provided by Paypal. Unauthorized third parties will not gain access to your credit card number or other personal information as a result of your online purchases at Hunter’s Friend Europe.

PRIVACY:

Hunter’s Friend Europe respects your privacy. In short, you will not receive spam, junk-mail, or telemarking calls as a result of entering your information on our site. We use the information you provide ONLY for the purposes of filling your order. We’re in the business of selling archery equipment – not information. You have our word on that.

The kinds of personal information that we may request may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, fax number, and credit card information.
