The Z-11S GTX is designed for situations where footwear needs to provide exceptional support, durability, and weather protection. The high shaft supports the ankle on uneven terrain while also providing protection in dense vegetation, rocky terrain, snow, and wet undergrowth.

The lower section of the boot is made from durable 2.2 mm leather, while the shaft incorporates abrasion-resistant CORDURA® fabric. This combination provides protection and support without making the boot unnecessarily heavy. The waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX membrane keeps water out while allowing moisture generated by the foot to escape.

LOWA’s MONOWRAP® construction surrounds the foot with a supportive frame, helping to keep it securely stabilized even on uneven terrain. The Stability Frame and Double Injection constructions, combined with the shock-absorbing PU midsole, provide additional stability and comfort during long days in the field.
