The DOC 150SS Instant-Kill Trap is an authentic trap manufactured in New Zealand, designed for capturing weasels, squirrels, rats, and mice. Made from stainless materials, these traps are among the most powerful on the market and are approved under international humane trapping certification standards.

The DOC 150SS trap features a treadle plate that triggers the mechanism when the animal steps on it. The trap’s trigger sensitivity is very easy to adjust in several ways and can be fine-tuned to be sensitive enough even for a mouse. This product is suitable for cottages, residential use, and professional applications.

This versatile trap allows the user to choose between pass-through enclosures or traditional baited boxes. Installation is simple: attach the trap to the bottom of the enclosure with two screws, and it’s ready for sensitivity adjustment and setting.

When using instant-kill traps, they must always be installed inside a protective enclosure that ensures only the target animal can access it. The proper use of the trap is the responsibility of the person installing it. Traps must never be placed where pets, children, or unauthorized persons could access them. Any trap placed on land, in trees, or over water must be housed in a box with an entrance opening no larger than 8 cm (3.15 inches). Traps must also be maintained regularly.
